CHALLENGE:
Brynk aspires to revolutionise carbon offsetting in the business world - create a visual identity to match this startup’s bold thinking and big ambitions.
IDEA:
Brynk needed an identity that quickly communicated their offering, but also stood out in a sea of greenwashing and cold corporate stock photography. They needed a bold, future-forward visual identity that celebrated the unconventional and the unexpected. Carbon offsetting, the Brynk way.
I lead on art direction and created the building blocks for the new brand identity. I developed the colour palette, and created a unique ‘slash’ device to flow through all comms. I devised a style for campaign imagery that would use the slash to collide sustainable thinking with everyday business, in unique and surprising ways. The slash lived within the new logo, became a useful way to highlight messaging and formed part of every icon in their visual library, signposting every area of their business offering.
