CHALLENGE:
Collect more stars and get even more rewards. Create a new look and feel, and a journey to communicate the new Starbucks Rewards scheme to existing members and potential new members. Persuade them to take action.

IDEA:
It feels good to collect even more stars. A personal scrapbook, cut-out style capturing the personal moments and feel-good feeling of collecting more stars. Fresh, informative, and modular, so EMEA markets can mix, match and adapt messaging.

I worked with an illustrator to develop the new look and feel for Starbucks Rewards. Together, we created a toolkit for all EMEA markets. I designed the key visuals, art directed module images, and wrote the master copy.
